Parental Support services
We provide confidential support for parents & guardians of young people who are being or have been affected by bullying.
Our Support services are done by either
•Face to face conversations
• Zoom meetings
How do I access support?
We ask that to access parental support you first contact us either by referring your child to our services or phone our office at 01243 290156 to arrange an appointment.
Once an appointment has been made we will then arrange either a zoom link or call you at the agreed time of the session.
What will happen during my session?
During the session, we will listen to what has been going on with your child/young person, we will listen and offer friendly, non-judgmental & confidential support please see our confidentiality statement for further information.
if you would like we are also able to offer an advocacy service when meeting. Please see our advocacy page for further information. We will offer additional support in finding specific information regarding a particular situation and can also make referrals to Social services who can offer more support if necessary.
After your session, we may ask for feedback regarding the support session this information is used solely for the purpose of improving our service and will help us provide a good quality service for the future.

All of our support sessions are free of charge, we ask for a voluntary contribution to our services if you would like to do this, please speak to your advisor.
